We are open Monday to Saturday from 7:00am to 9:30pm and Sunday from 9:00am to 9:00pm. Evening and weekend hours make it easy to call after work or meet us on site on a Saturday.

What to Include in Your Quote Request
The more we know up front, the faster and more accurate your quote will be. These details help most:
- Project address, so we can check access, soil conditions and local permit rules
- Photos of the work area, including the route a machine would take and any gates
- Drawings, a site plan or a survey if you have them, especially for foundations and additions
- Your timeline, plus any fixed dates such as a builder's start date or a pool delivery
- Access notes such as gate width, overhead wires, trees, wells, septic tanks or buried lines you know about
- What should happen to the soil: stay on site for grading or be hauled away
Rough measurements are fine. We confirm everything on site before giving a final price.
Builders and general contractors can send the drawing set and project schedule, so we can price the excavation scope for your bid or start date.
What Happens After You Contact Us
After you contact us, we review your details, call you back to talk through the job and arrange a free site visit where one is needed. You then receive a written quote that spells out the scope and price.
Small jobs, such as a few deck footings or a short trench, can sometimes be priced from photos alone. Larger digs like foundations, basement lowering or commercial sites need a visit so we can check soil, access and nearby structures in person.
Once you approve the quote, we book your dig date, request Ontario One Call locates and confirm any permits before work starts. If weather or locate timing shifts the schedule, we let you know right away.
